Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add all ingredients.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.

Gin Dry Classic London McHenry - An elegant smooth Gin like a magic carpet ride of the botanicals. Citrus is present and balanced with a small amount of star anise coriander seeds cardamon and orris root all beautifully balanced with the juniper.

Dubonnet Blanc - Dubonnet is a sweet clear aromatised wine based aperitif with 15 percent alcohol by volume. It is a blend of fortified wine herbs and spices with fermentation being stopped by the addition of alcohol.

Vermouth Dry - Dry vermouth is high quality white wine and essences of herbs and spices and looks clear. Dry vermouth is an aromatized fortified wine flavored also called french vermouth.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Coronation is luscious robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin dry classic london mchenry and 30ml dubonnet blanc with 30ml vermouth dry as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then add all ingredients and stir well. Strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
