Corn Fritters is gorgeous quite strong cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon widow jane and 30ml club soda with 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just hard pack ice into glass then pour in a shot of corn bourbon and add hot and salty corn fritters on the side and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
