Copan is succulent strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum ron zacapa centenario xo and 15ml lemon juice with 45ml lemon soda as well as 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into tall glass then add in the guatemalan rum and pour in the lemon juice. Top with lemon soda and garnish with lemon round and served in a highball glass cold.
