Cookie Monster is restoring average cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whiskey rye thomas h handy and 30ml macadamia liqueur with 10ml coco syrup as well as 30ml milo powder including 150ml milk hot and good with afternoon tea. Just warm glass and heat milk then add whisky and liqueur into glass and pour in the warm milk. Stir in coco syrup and sprinkle milo on top and serve with mixed cookies and served in a coffee glass warm.
