Method - Shaken -

Put ice cubes into shaker.
Add in some mint.
Vigorously shake.
Fine strain into ice cold glass.
Garnish top with mint sprig.

Cachaca Pitu - Pitu Cachaca is an authentic Brazilian spirit distilled from fresh cut sugarcane similar to rum.

Convener is scrummy quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml cachaca pitu and 15ml lime juice with 30ml passion fruit juice as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add in some mint and vigorously shake. Fine strain into ice cold glass and garnish top with mint sprig and served in a saucer glass .
