Contrast Collar is luscious watered down cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml port wine tawny brown brothers and 220ml tea earl grey and good with afternoon tea. Just new long black tea then hea up the serving glass and drop candied orange into glass. Pour in the port wine and stir in the hot tea and add braised steak on the side and served in a coffee glass warm.
