Constables Dues is enjoyable quite strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml rum and 60ml water holy and good with afternoon tea. Just rub sugarloaf into glass then pour holy water into glass and stir large peg of rum into glass and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
