Coniglio Caldo is piatti gustosi mild cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 15ml grappa gold blo nardini and 15ml amaro antico with 120ml consomme rabbit and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm glass and rabbit consomme then pour grappa and amaro into warm glass and add warm rabbit consomme. Drizzle a little olive oil on top and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and serve cocktail bread sticks on the side and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
