Method - Shaken - Warm

Warm heat cubes and bar shaker.
Add all ingredients into war shaker.
Quick shake until warm.
Strain into warm glass.

Whisky Beenleigh - Beenleigh whisky is a small batch hand crafted using matured barrels for years with lovely balance of toasted white oak flavours and tropical fruit.

Condensed Milk - Condensed milk is cows milk from which water has been removed. It is most often found in the form of sweetened condensed milk with sugar added.

Heat Cubes - Heat cubes are like ice cubes but differ as they can be warmed and used with warm shaken cocktails and warm stired cocktails using convective heat transfer.

Condensed Whisky is appealing very strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky beenleigh and 35ml condensed milk and served with sweet dishes. Just warm heat cubes and bar shaker then add all ingredients into war shaker and quick shake until warm. Strain into warm glass and served in a liqueur glass warm.
