Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to mixing glass.
Add ingredients to cocktail mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Julep strain into glass.
Garnish with knot of pomelo zest.

Concise Gin is sharp very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin sud polaire and 15ml pomelo syrup with 15ml pomelo juice as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to cocktail mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Julep strain into glass and garnish with knot of pomelo zest and served in a martini glass cold.
