Method - Stirred - Warm

Warm glass.
Warm mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well.
Pour into warm balloon.
Very Enjoyable

Whisky North Fort - North Fort Whisky made by Manly Spirits Distillery.

Whisky North Fort

Van Der Hum - KWV tangerine liqueur made from a five year blend of old potstill brandy wine distillate the peel of Cape tangerines herbs spices and seeds.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Commonwealth is very enjoyable heavy cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml whisky north fort and 15ml van der hum with 10ml lemon juice and served for or with tiffins. Just warm glass then warm mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and pour into warm balloon and served in a balloon glass warm.
