Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Julep strain into glass.
  5. Garnish top with a thin slice of pineapple.

ComCenter is exquisite quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin chili tanglin and 45ml pineapple juice with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Julep strain into glass and garnish top with a thin slice of pineapple and served in a martini glass cold.
