Columbus Rocky is drinkable very strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum gold amber old cockspur and 15ml apricot liqueur eros with 15ml lime juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake. Pour all ingredients into old fashioned glass and top glass with more ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
