Method
  1. Heat glass.
  2. Brew tea.
  3. Add angostura bitters to glass.
  4. Add whiskey to glass.
  5. Add warm tea to glass.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  7. Good with a biscuits on the side.

Colonial Boy is palatable weak cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 210ml tea lapsang souchong and 30ml whisky liqueur yukon jack with 10ml amer picon and best at tea time. Just heat glass then brew tea and add angostura bitters to glass. Add whiskey to glass and add warm tea to glass and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and good with a biscuits on the side and served in a coffee glass warm.
