Colombia Gimlet is very palatable tonic average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml aguardiente blanco and 15ml gin hartshorn with 30ml lime juice as well as 30ml soda water including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just half fill glass with ice then add gin and aguardiente and add lime juice. Top with soda water or flat water and dress with lime and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
