Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Mastiha Liqueur Kleos - Kleos Mastiha Liqueur produced by master distiller Maroussa Tsaxaki using the mastiha tears and mastiha essential oils.

Mastiha Liqueur Kleos

Wine White - White wine is produced by the alcoholic fermentation of the non coloured grapes which may have a skin of any colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Cologix is exquisite quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 45ml mastiha liqueur kleos and 45ml wine white with 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
