Cogent is glorious light cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cognac and caramel liqueur giffard and 120ml hemp milk and good with afternoon tea. Just add liqueur into glass then stir in the chilled hemp milk and good with a tasty doughnut and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
