Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Brew coffee.
  3. Add all ingredients to warm glass.
  4. Pour in warm coffee.
  5. Add sugar, milk, cream, lime, lemon, etc to taste.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  7. Serve with a glazed donut.

Coffee Break is savoureux mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml coffee liqueur cafe rica and 30ml brandy coffee with 190ml coffee brew and best when a coffee is needed. Just warm glass then brew coffee and add all ingredients to warm glass. Pour in warm coffee and add sugar, milk, cream, lime, lemon, etc to taste and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and serve with a glazed donut and served in a coffee glass warm.
