Coconut Joy is delish quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml coconut liqueur chamarel and 30ml vodka coconut finlandia with 40ml cream as well as 10ml coconut syrup including 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with smiley face made from coconut syrup and roasted coconut and served in a saucer glass cold.
