Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Shake the hell out of it.
  4. Strain into glass.

Okolehao - Okolehao made by sailors from fermented roots of the ti plant in the 1780s. In 1790 an escaped convict brought distillation to Hawaii using the ti beverage to produce a highly alcoholic spirit which became Hawaiis only indigenous alcohol.

Coconut Girl is glorious quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml rum coconut cream adelaides and 30ml okolehao with 20ml coconut cream as well as 10ml pineapple juice including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and shake the hell out of it. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
