Method - Shaken - Cold

Add ice to shaker.
Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
Quick shake.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnsih with coconut chips.

Rum Light White Beenleigh - Beenleigh Light white rum is matured for a minimum of two years in small ex vats which gives rise to its distinctive Hazelnut and Vanilla notes.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Coconut Cream - Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk but contains less water.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Coconut Chips - Coconut Chips are thick cut and roasted until crispy.

Coconut Dream is flavoursome strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml coconut liqueur vok and 30ml rum light white beenleigh with 15ml lime juice as well as 30ml coconut cream including 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake. Fine strain into glass and garnsih with coconut chips and served in a saucer glass cold.
