Cockpit Mate is apetitoso quite strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 40ml rum pepper samai and 40ml pineapple juice and best with buffet style food. Just add rum to liqueur glass then float pineapple juice on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
