Method - Poured - Room Temperature

Add sliced lemon into glass.
Splash in the bitters.
Pour in the ounce of gin.
Muddle well.
Top glass with soda water.

Coaster Classic is energizing weak cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin tanns and 10ml bitters angostura with 250ml syphon seltzer and best with morning tea snacks. Just add sliced lemon into glass then splash in the bitters and pour in the ounce of gin. Muddle well and top glass with soda water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
