Cloudy Night is rich flavour strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 15ml brandy rodell napoleon and 15ml orange liqueur blood ambra with 10ml bitters as well as 50ml apple cider including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add splash of bitters over ice and add brandy and orange liqueur. Top with cloudy apple cider and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
