Classic Green Dragon is appetissant heavy cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin wild river and 15ml peppermint liqueur green with 10ml brandy caraway as well as 10ml bitters peach including 10ml lemon juice also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and slowly stir well until mixed. Fine strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
