Claret Cup A La Lord Saltoun is delightful smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml wine red claret and 30ml sherry amontillado with 10ml sugar syrup spiced as well as 50ml soda water and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just place sherry and spice into glass then pour in claret red wine and add a splash of soda water and garnish with verbena flower and served in a wine glass cold.
