Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.
Garnish with two stalk joined cherries.

Cherry Liqueur - Cherry flavoured liqueur also called Creme de cerise or kirsch or kirschwasser can also be called cherry brandy with alcohol cherry flavour and can be bitter or sweet and comes in a clear and bright red in color.

Gin Blossom Ukiyo - Ukiyo Blossom Gin is distilled with juniper citrus cherry blossom and native botanicals.

Clackers is fajsues quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cherry liqueur and 30ml gin blossom ukiyo with 30ml cherry juice as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with two stalk joined cherries and served in a martini glass cold.
