  1. Segment lemon.
  2. Add a little clean lemon to glass.
  3. Muddle in the rosolio liqueur.
  4. Drop smoked mussels on top.

Cisalpine Gaul is gorgeous smooth cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 60ml rosolio liqueur and 90ml mussel smoked and best with an entree or small snack. Just segment lemon then add a little clean lemon to glass and muddle in the rosolio liqueur. Drop smoked mussels on top and served in a old fashioned glass at room temperature.
