Cinnamon Peach Bellini is piatti gustosi smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 70ml sparkling wine white and 30ml peach pulp and good with afternoon tea. Just cook then cool peach pulp with cinnamon then use cold glass and add cinnamon flavoured peach pulp to glass. Pour in sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
