Chocolate Colada is scrummy above average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml rum alta gama and 30ml chocolate liqueur bols with 50ml pineapple juice as well as 30ml coconut cream including 10ml coconut syrup also 90ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender and blend until silky smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with pineapple and served in a poco grande glass cold.
