  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well.

Chios Martini is dainty very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml mastiha liqueur roots and 30ml gin aiki with 30ml vermouth blanco as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with chios island mastiha tree sap and served in a martini glass cold.
