Chinamans Beach is smaaklik average cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml baijiu and 70ml wine white with 70ml soda water club as well as 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice into large style glass then pour in the baijiu and add in the wine white. Stir in the soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
