Chili Corn Dipper is glorious very strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml tequila chili rio grande and 15ml chocolate liqueur chili with 10ml tabasco habanero pepper sauce as well as 10ml corn syrup and works well with savoury style foods. Just add ingredients to mixing glass then stir well and strain into glass. And a side serve of corn chips for dipping and serve on a doily plate and garnish with sliced jalapeno chili and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
