Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Pour in spiced rum.
Add lime juice.
Top glass with sdoa water.
Refreshing

Rum Spiced Barti - Barti spiced rum with infused with Pembrokeshire seaweed also known as Welshmans caviar and vanilla cloves and orange.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Chief Mate is refreshing full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum spiced barti and 15ml lime juice with 40ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into glass then pour in spiced rum and add lime juice. Top glass with sdoa water and served in a highball glass cold.
