Chestnut Liqueur

Brandy Grape Armagnac Castarede

Biscuit Oats

Milk Hot

5% Alcohol By Volume

1 Standard Drinks
Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Add chestnut liqueur into glass.
  3. Crumble biscuit into glass over liqueur.
  4. Pour brandy into glass.
  5. Mix well together.
  6. Top glass with warm milk.
  7. Stir all together until mixed.
  8. Best serving temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.

Chestnut Gruel is comestible light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml chestnut liqueur and 15ml brandy grape armagnac castarede with 45ml biscuit oats as well as 160ml milk hot and served with or for breakfast. Just warm glass then add chestnut liqueur into glass and crumble biscuit into glass over liqueur. Pour brandy into glass and mix well together and top glass with warm milk then stir all together until mixed and best serving temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and served in a highball glass warm.
