Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Fine strain into cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with cherries.
  6. Energizing

Cherry Brandy is energizing quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml eau de vie bass and flinders and 45ml cherry pulp with 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Fine strain into cocktail glass and garnish with cherries and served in a martini glass cold.
