Chatelaine is delightful medium cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 50ml ice cream vanilla and 30ml strawberry with 15ml brandy napoleon 1875 as well as 15ml maraschino liqueur and served with sweet dishes. Just chill glass then add scoop of vanilla ice cream to glass and cut strawberries and add to glass. Pour over brandy and maraschino liqueur and serve with a spork and garnish with crushed macaroon biscuits and served in a saucer glass cold.
