Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Strain into glass over ice.
  5. Tart

Charing Cross is tart quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin dry jensens bermondsey and 45ml crabapple juice with 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Strain into glass over ice and served in a martini glass cold.
