Champion Jockey is drinkable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml bourbon and 15ml cranberry juice with 70ml sparkling wine white and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add bourbon to glass then pour in a little graberry juice and stir in sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
