Champagne Classic is tasty full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 10ml sugar syrup and 10ml bitters abc with 30ml cognac alize bleu as well as 50ml champagne blanc armand de brignac and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add suger syrup to glass then add angostura bitters and add cognac. Add champagne and served in a flute glass cold.
