Century City is delectable light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml brandy oude meester and 220ml tea rooibos and best at tea time. Just warm serving glass then bew light rooibos tea and pour in the brandy. Stir in the tea and add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste and best serving temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and served in a goblet glass cold.
