Method - Poured - Cold

Pack ice into glass.
Pour in southern bourbon.
Top glass with sarsaparilla.
Drinks well with a hot dog.

Bourbon Adirondack - Big untamed oak and raw grain dominate the nose with sweet caramel corn and a bit of BBQ smothered beneath. In the mouth it is aggressive and unbalanced again dominated by oak and a rough corn sweetness with cinnamon spice and a medicinal astringency in the background.

Cattywampus is dope quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml bourbon adirondack and 45ml sarsaparilla with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pack ice into glass then pour in southern bourbon and top glass with sarsaparilla and drinks well with a hot dog and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
