Method - Layered - Cold

Pack ice cubes into glass.
Pour in the apple brandy.
Pour in apple juice.
Sprinkle whiskey on top.

Brandy Apple - Apple Brandy is a spirit produced by distilling apples into a strong wine and comes in many colors yet always apple flavour.

Whisky Jones And Smith - Jones And Smith Whisky is a single malt with a warm brown color.

Apple Juice - Apple juice is a fluid fruit juice made by the maceration and pressing of an apple into a fine sweet juice.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Castletown is yum yum quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml brandy apple and 15ml whisky jones and smith with 45ml apple juice as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just pack ice cubes into glass then pour in the apple brandy and pour in apple juice. Sprinkle whiskey on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
