  1. Add ice into glass.
  2. Pour in the elderflower liqueur.
  3. Add the wine white.
  4. Stir in the soda water.

Castle Rock Beach is lovely medium cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml elderflower liqueur and 70ml wine white with 70ml soda water as well as 130ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ice into glass then pour in the elderflower liqueur and add the wine white. Stir in the soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
