Caruso is refreshing very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin shiraz seppeltsfield rd and 30ml vermouth dry boissiere with 15ml creme de menthe green giffard as well as 200ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to glass then add ice to mixing glass and add ingredients to mixing glass. Stir well and strain into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
