  2. Splash bitters into glass.

Cartoon is delish full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 90ml sparkling wine white and 10ml bitters angostura and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add sugar cube into glass then splash bitters into glass and add a pinch of cayenne into glass. Pour in the sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
