Carry On Abroad is fortifying average cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml macadamia liqueur and 90ml milk hot and served with sweet dishes. Just warm the serving glass then pour in the macadamia liqueur and stir in the warm milk and add truffles on the side and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
