Carrageen Jelly is flavoursome light cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 60ml carrageen irish moss and 60ml milk cow with 10ml lemon peel as well as 10ml sugar including 60ml whisky cream and best with lunch. Just pre make carrageen jelly then boil carrageen milk peel and sugar and strain into glass and chill until set. Pour whiskey cream over jelly and server with cocktail spoon and garnish with nutmeg and served in a martini glass cold.
