Carioca Gimlet is bewitching tonic quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum overproof cockspur and 30ml lime juice with 15ml soda water as well as 15ml tonic water including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just half fill glass with crushed ice then add rum and add lime juice. Top with soda and garnish with a lime wedge and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
