Method
  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with peel.

Caribou is energizing robust cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml port and 30ml sherry with 15ml vodka as well as 15ml brandy including 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with peel and served in a martini glass cold.
